The in-line paraffin prevention and elimination tool, when intergrated into any piping system, provides a permanent heat source directly in the production strand, flow line, field line, or pipeline (both onshore or offshore). The heater can also be used in holding tanks and cargo ships.
The company just completed a test performance in conjunction with the United States Department of Energy. The preliminary results are that the tool was successfully operated down hole, raising the temperature of the production fluid from 60'F at the production zone to 250'F. The fluid reached surface at +110'F. In addition, the production of the well was increased from 7 BPD to 40 BPD total fluid.
